Sealion Holding LTD was registered in August 2025; however, our journey began much earlier. Our first subsidiary has been in operation since 2008, establishing our foundation in the community. With headquarters located in Yenagoa, the metropolitan capital of Bayelsa State, we have grown from a single construction company to a diversified holding company spanning multiple industries.
Today, we employ 18 people across our operations in Bayelsa and Delta State, each role contributing to our mission of creating economic opportunities for our community. Our growth represents more than business expansion—it represents our commitment to sustainable community development.
