Brief Company History
Sealion Holding LTD was officially registered in August 2025 as a family-owned holding company. However, the company’s roots run much deeper—the first subsidiary has been operating since 2008, establishing a strong foundation in the community.
Headquartered in Yenagoa, the metropolitan capital of Bayelsa State, Sealion has grown from a single construction company into a diversified holding company with six subsidiaries, an information technology unit, and a non-profit organization. Today, the company employs 18 people across operations in Bayelsa and Delta State.
